What Does 11:11 Mean Spiritually?

I have been seeing 11:11 EVERYWHERE and was wondering “what does 1111 mean spiritually?”

• One day I was praying to the Lord, and when finished, I open my eyes and lifted my head, to see that the clock read exactly 11:11.
• A little later I went to the market, and the total on my receipt was $11.11.
• That afternoon while working in Photoshop, the dimensions of the photo had 1111 in them, (specifically 1411.11)
• Then I ended up stuck in the Dallas traffic for an hour, staring at the license plate on the car in front of me, which also had a double 11.
• When I finally got home, and ready for bed, I  heard a notification on my cell and turned to see that the time on my cell read exactly 11:11!
•  Then when I crawled into bed and opened my laptop, I saw it AGAIN on Social Media (in the number of followers on one Instagram profile, then I clicked over to Facebook, to see a post that said it had 11 likes and 11 comments!

Finally I just bursted out in laughter! This had gone from a little weird, to down right CRAZY.

What was God trying to tell me?!?

I decided to put “what does 11:11 mean spiritually” into the Google search engine, and THIS is what I found:

A website to a church in Australia called “Pour It Out Ministries” had been getting letters and emails from all over the world, asking about this strange phenomena, and so the staff there decided to fast and pray, and ask God what it all meant.

excerpt from Pour It Out Ministries website: ”

Awakening, Wake Up Call, fresh spiritual awakening into more, supernatural favour and provision to take possession of promises, transition and alignment, revival.  God is bringing life to the dead things and places.  God is breathing encounters over you to WAKE YOU UP into spiritual clarity, fresh connected relationship with Him, and awakened sense of identity in God and your exciting eternal purpose.

Isaiah 11:11   “In that day the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the surviving remnant of his people…”   God is with his remnant.
John 11:11   “After he had said this, he went on to tell them, “Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep; but I am going there to wake him up.”  Resurrection life, God of the impossible, AWAKENING
Deut 11:11   “But the land you are crossing the Jordan to take possession of is a land of mountains and valleys that drinks rain from heaven.”

New authority and ownership, coming into promises, tasting promises, supernatural favour and provision where God leads
11 can mean transition and so a doubling of eleven can signify a season of intense shaking as things transition into the new. 11 also means alignment and so the shaking brings alignment to allow for awakening and revival.”

Then I found a post on Facebook that talked about 11:11 too, and I thought I’d share it here with you because it really resonated with me as true.

The number 11 is comprised of “two 1s”. The first 1 links with “life”. The second 1 links with “light”. Joseph, the 11th son of Jacob received the “double portion” blessing. God promoted Joseph and placed him as 2nd in command of the super-power of his day, Egypt. The anointing of God upon him brought “life and light” to everything he touched. Those who have completely surrendered to the will of God become “life and light” to the world around them. God is raising up “11th hour” men and women like Joseph who will bring life and light in the midst of a dark and spiritually dead world. These 11th hour Laborers are not moved by circumstance, trials or tribulations. They are resolute to trust God, even if their faith is tested. They believe in the promise despite what they see. They know that God will fulfill ALL that He has spoken, and if they have to wait until the 11th hour, He will come through before the clock strikes 12!

Keep praying and believing for the truth to be revealed in our nation.

Remember, God always saves His best for last.

11:11 Life and Light!

Over the coming days, weeks and months I continued to see NOT JUST the 11:11, but other number repeats like 1234.

So I started to search out all the scripture verses, that had the numbers I was seeing in them, like I had read “Pour It Out Ministries” do, and THEN… I let the Lord lead.

As the days, weeks and months passed, the strange phenomena continued, so I just accepted it as part of my interaction with God.

Now if I start seeing repeats of the same number, I just make a mental note of what I am thinking about when it occurs, then go into my next scripture study having that in mind.

The Lord has confirmed to me in our quiet place together, that He is guiding me to specific scripture, for a specific purpose; to give me deeper spiritual insight to what I’m going through, while CHANGING the way I think about the Lord, myself and the world around me.

It’s been a profound experience, and one that I’m not alone in.

Many Christians, from every corner of the globe are seeing the number repeats, and many of them are developing a more intimate relationship with the Lord through it.

Take a look at THIS online class by Pastor Bob Hamp, from Gateway Church, when he talks about experiencing this very thing and being lead to:

~Jeremiah 33:3 “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.”

and then Pastor Hamp tells how he got a confirmation of what God was saying to him, later in a church service!

In this Freedom Class, he teaches on how to hear God, and then how to discern if it IS in fact God that’s trying to speak to you.

I’ve come to understand and accept that God CAN and does speak to His children, in a variety of ways!

     ~Acts 2:17-18 “‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.”

My personal belief is that this is part of the OUT POURING of the Holy SPIRIT that the Lord talks about in His Word will occur in these very last, of The Last Days.

He’s wooing His Bride, and communicating with us in many beautiful and creative ways! I encourage you to engage with Him more fully, and enjoy the experience!
